Philosophy: Gary is the office expert on site design, engineering, and management. He follows his projects from their inception to completion and continues to manage them as they mature. Gary’s goal is for every landscape designed by Schlick to be a source of pride for both the company and the client.

Peter SchlickPeter Schlick: Principal, General Manager

Philosophy: Peter serves as the hub of all production for the company. As the liaison between the design team and construction crews, his main focus is on building top quality landscapes that function properly. Peter believes that the key to the long-term success of a landscape lies in careful planning, anticipating the drainage requirements of the design, and attending to detail throughout all phases of development.

Honors & Awards: Over 40 National and Local Design Awards – Featured in numerous National magazines – An accomplished photographer, his work has been featured in several local galleries

Philosophy: ‘Landscapes for Living’. This catch phrase best describes what Ron has been creating for 45 years. Multi-level areas encompassing entertainment spaces, intimate nooks, and places for cooking and dining are all characteristic of Ron’s landscapes. Lush plantings with a multitude of foliage textures and flower colors surround these spaces to give his clients a comfortable, inviting outdoor living environment.
